The SaltedKetchup 'Transitions' curriculum is intended to provide a new way to approach summer ending, the new school year and any other new beginning. There are many feelings and thoughts that swirl around as young people move from one phase of life to the next. The package includes poetry, notes and a guided resource to help process the experience(s). The curriculum can be printed or viewed online. Parents and teachers can participate too and aid in completing the activity with the young learners. An important part of the process is reminding youth that they are not alone and that their feelings and thoughts are valid.
